BESPOKE SIZING
We offer bespoke sizing on most of our rugs. Through a seamless process, you can easily order your preferred measurements directly online. If a design offers a custom size, the option is listed at the bottom of the size selector on each product page.
Below, we guide you step by step on how to place your custom-made order.
1. CHOOSE YOUR RUG
Browse our assortment and select the design you’d like to customize.
2. GO TO THE PRODUCT PAGE
On the product page, you’ll find the Custom Size option at the bottom of the size selector.
3. FILL IN MEASUREMENTS
Enter your desired dimensions below. Enter the shorter side as width and the longer side as length. Range: Length: 140–1800 cm Width: 75–500 cm.
4. GOOD TO KNOW
For patterned designs, the pattern will be adjusted to fit your selected size. Since each rug is individually handmade, our artisans ensure that no patterns are cut in half.
5. ADD TO CART, PLACE ORDER
Your custom made rug will be carefully handcrafted and ready to be delivered to your space within 14–19 weeks. The production usually begins within 3 days, after that, we can unfortunately not take cancellations or returns.
6. PLEASE NOTE
To ensure the best possible quality and fit, a small tolerance of 3 cm is applied. Each rug is individually dyed and tailored to size, which may result in slight color variations of up to 5%.
