Showroom Part-time / Extra
We are now looking for a Head of B2B Sales to take full strategic and commercial ownership of our global B2B business and play a key role in shaping the next phase of LAYERED’s expansion.

About the Role:
Are you passionate about design, currently studying, and driven by sales? LAYERED is looking for an engaged colleague who wants to provide our customers with a first-class experience in our Showroom.
As a Showroom Sales Advisor – Part-time at LAYERED, you will be responsible for weekend operations, as well as sales and the overall customer experience in the Showroom. The role primarily focuses on driving sales, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring a high-quality brand experience on-site. We also expect you to be comfortable handling customer contact via email and phone.
Your role in brief:
You will represent LAYERED on-site and help our customers navigate our product assortment. Your main responsibilities include:
- Professional Advisory: Guide customers regarding design, materials, and sizing.
- Administration: Manage order placement and report showroom insights to your manager.
Who you are:
We are looking for a proactive team player who is:
- A Student: Looking to combine your studies with work every other Saturday.
- Service-minded: Structured, meticulous, and genuinely loves face-to-face customer interactions.
- A Strong Communicator: Fluent in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
- Flexible: Able to step in for extra shifts during weekdays when needed (due to illness, vacations, or peak seasons).
Meritorious Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales.
- A background in design/textiles.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or other service industries.
- Previous experience working in Shopify.
- Experience with Customer Service platforms / Gorgias

Head of b2b sales
We are now looking for a Head of B2B Sales to take full strategic and commercial ownership of our global B2B business and play a key role in shaping the next phase of LAYERED’s expansion.

About the Role:
As Head of B2B Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term expansion across all B2B sales channels, including wholesale partners, marketplaces, trade clients, architects, and interior designers. You are a member of the management team and work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure the B2B strategy aligns with LAYERED’s overall commercial objectives and premium brand positioning. You will lead and develop the B2B team while ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.
Your main responsibilities:
B2B Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global B2B sales strategy across wholesale, marketplaces, and trade partners.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and international expansion opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth, retention, and brand presence.
- Ensure pricing structures, trade terms, and product assortments support both growth and profitability.
- Drive category and market development in close collaboration with product and marketing teams.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with the CEO, CMO, and CFO to align B2B sales targets with overall business goals.
- Partner with marketing to develop lead generation, trade communication, and brand-building initiatives for professional audiences.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, delivery excellence, and high service levels.
Sales operations & leadership
- Define, track, and optimize KPIs related to revenue growth, margins, customer acquisition, retention, and account performance.
- Utilize CRM systems, analytics, and sales tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Lead, coach, and develop the B2B sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure consistent sales methodologies and best practices across all B2B channels.
We are looking for someone who:
Proven experience in senior B2B sales roles within premium/luxury interiors, design, or retail.
Strong track record of building and scaling B2B sales channels and managing key accounts internationally.
Confident, inspiring leader with strong commercial acumen.
Analytical and data-driven, with experience in forecasting and performance management.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented.
Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and leadership teams.

As our Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across all digital platforms. We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and organized individual who is ready to turn ideas into engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Publishing: Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Production Support: Act as a photography assistant and help with location scouting for upcoming shoots.
- Ad Creative: Support the team in developing high-performing ad visuals and copy.
- Research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching current trends, platform updates, and competitor landscape.
