Welcome to our guide on ordering bespoke rugs directly online. Here, you will find all the details, terms, and a simple three-step process for creating your custom piece.
CRAFTSMANSHIP & DETAILS
For years, our skilled artisans have handcrafted unique pieces for homes across the world. Each rug is handwoven and dyed by hand in Bhadohi, India – a region renowned for its textile heritage.
Because every piece is a result of genuine craftsmanship, slight natural variations in size (up to 3 cm) and color (up to 5%) may occur. For patterned designs, the pattern is carefully adjusted to fit your selected size, ensuring that no motifs are cut in half.

1. SELECT DESIGN & SIZE
Choose your favorite design and find the 'Custom Size' option at the bottom of the size selector. To see your price instantly, simply input your desired dimensions, using the shorter side as the width and the longer side as the length.
Min/Max Length: 140–1800 cm
Min/Max Width: 75–500 cm
2. CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed, our artisans in Bhadohi begin the meticulous process of handcrafting your rug. To minimize our carbon footprint, all shipments from India to our warehouse are conducted via sea freight.
Your bespoke piece will be delivered to your space within 14–19 weeks.
3. TERMS & CONDITIONS
As your custom rug is made specifically for you, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once production begins (usually within 3 days of purchase).
