These terms and conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, apply to all orders placed by any customer ("you") with LAYERED ("we," "us," or "our") via the LAYERED website or mobile site (the "Website"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Service.
  • Orders can only be placed by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of forming contracts.
  • The Website is intended for sales to consumers only. By ordering, you represent that the product is for personal, non-commercial use and not for resale.
  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms for Purchase at any time without notice. The Terms applicable to your order are those on the Website at the time you place the order.
  • If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the rest will remain in effect.

INFORMATION ON WEBSITE

  • We cannot guarantee the Website is error-free or up to date. We may amend the content and cancel orders if the provided information, including prices, is incorrect. You will be notified by email if this occurs.
  • The presentation of products does not guarantee their availability at all times, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display products, including colors, accurately. However, color display depends on your system, and we cannot guarantee an exact match.
  • All our products are handmade, so variations in color and patterns are expected. Images on the Website may not exactly match the product you receive.
  • Products are intended for personal use only.

ORDERS, DELIVERIES, PRICES, AND DELIVERY CHARGES

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • You must provide accurate contact details and a correct delivery address. Delivery cannot be made to P.O. boxes as a signature may be required.
  • Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
  • We may not deliver to certain countries or regions, and you will be informed either when placing an order or afterward.
  • Upon shipment readiness, you will receive delivery information via email. If your order is not delivered as per the information provided, please contact the courier’s customer support and provide the tracking number for your delivery. Contact us via email at info@layeredinterior.com if you have not received or have an incorrect tracking number.
  • We aim to deliver products within 2-7 working days from the order confirmation, but delivery may take longer.
  • The shipping cost is stated at checkout and varies depending on your choice of courier.
  • If you cannot find your country in the list, please send us an email at info@layeredinterior.com, and we will assist you.
  • If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be informed as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the amount using the same payment method, if possible. If an alternative refund method is necessary for any reason, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
  • All prices shown on the site include VAT.
  • Within the European Union, the UK, and Norway orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.
  • Orders shipped to a delivery address outside the European Union, UK, and Norway may be subject to import charges, customs duties, and taxes, such as VAT, which you are responsible for paying. These charges, duties, and taxes are not included in the prices on this Website, and we are not responsible for collecting or administering them. We advise you to contact your local customs authority for further information before placing an order. Failure to pay such charges, duties, and taxes may result in non-delivery of the ordered products, and we will have no obligation to compensate you for such order or non-delivery.
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason for which we are not responsible, such as an incorrect delivery address, the courier's inability to reach you, or non-payment of charges, duties, or taxes (if applicable), we reserve the right to retain the full amount paid for the order if the products are not returned.
  • The cost for each delivery method is clearly stated at checkout. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to send more than one shipment, there is no additional cost for the subsequent deliveries.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days after the date of delivery.

  • We do not offer returns of custom-made rugs.
  • We do not offer returns of furniture.
  • Items must be returned in a new and unused state.
  • Items must be returned with tags attached to them, in their original packaging and protective material.
  • All the labels need to be left on the goods.

Return costs 

Small Rugs (up to 200 x 300 cm):

  • Sweden: 495 SEK
  • Norway: 495 NOK
  • Europe: 45 EUR
  • Rest of the world: Quotation needed.

Large Rugs (from 250 x 350 cm)

  • Sweden: 695 SEK
  • Norway: 695 NOK
  • Europe: 60 EUR
  • Rest of the world: Quotation needed.

Blankets and pillows:

  • Sweden: 199 SEK
  • Norway: 199 NOK
  • Europe: 22 EUR
  • Rest of the world: Quotation needed.

Furniture:

All our furniture is made to order and we offer no right of return or exchange for our furniture.

If these conditions are not fulfilled, the goods will be sent back, and you will be charged for the shipping and handling. Read more about returns and exchanges HERE. 

COMPLAINTS

  • If you want to make a complaint, contact info@layeredinterior.com as soon as the damage is noticed, no later than 7 days after delivery.
  • When a complaint is made, an investigation of the goods will be started. Before the item will be returned, you need to show proof of the defect, preferably a picture.
  • The return of the defective item is made at your own cost.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms of use are complied in accordance with Swedish law, and the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
