Free shipping on standard rugs, and sample orders above 25 EUR. Shipping costs for furniture is calculated at checkout based on destination.
DELIVERY TIMES:All our rugs are handcrafted in India and Greece. To minimize our carbon footprint, all shipments to our warehouse are conducted via sea freight. Delivery times vary depending on where in the production cycle your piece is currently positioned.
7-10 Days: In stock & ready to ship
3–6 weeks: En route to warehouse10+ weeks: Currently being handcrafted by our skilled artisans in India or Greece. -
Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy for items at regular price, including blankets, cushions, and rugs in standard sizes.
Products purchased from our Archive, i.e. items at a reduced price, come with a 14-day return period.
Samples and custom items (including sofas and bespoke) are non-returnable.

Size Guide Samples:
50x50 cm
Recommended for patterned designs or rugs with varying pile heights. Shows a partial view of the design.
11x18 cm
Ideal when the focus is solely on verifying color choice and quality.
Size Guide Rugs:
Living Room
Place the front legs of sofas and armchairs on the rug. Allow 20–30 cm to extend beyond the furniture frame.
Dining Room
The rug should accommodate chairs even when pulled out. Aim for at least 60 cm of extra rug on all sides of the table.
Bedroom
The rug should extend well beyond the bed frame. A good rule of thumb is 60–90 cm on each side.

BESPOKE SIZING
We offer custom sizes on most of our rugs. If available, you will find this option at the bottom of the size selector. Please enter the shorter side as the width and the longer side as the length. To ensure the best possible quality and fit, a small tolerance of 3 cm is applied.
Length options: 140–1800 cm
Width options: 75–500 cm
Please note: Once production begins—usually within 3 days of purchase—we unfortunately cannot accept cancellations or returns.
