DELIVERY TIMES:All our rugs are handcrafted in India and Greece. To minimize our carbon footprint, all shipments to our warehouse are conducted via sea freight. Delivery times vary depending on where in the production cycle your piece is currently positioned. 7-10 Days: In stock & ready to ship 3–6 weeks: En route to warehouse10+ weeks: Currently being handcrafted by our skilled artisans in India or Greece.
Returns:
Products purchased from our Archive, i.e. items at a reduced price, come with a 14-day return period. A 30-day return policy applies to items purchased at regular price, including blankets and cushions.
Samples and custom items (including sofas and bespoke) are non-returnable.
