Head of b2b sales

We are now looking for a Head of B2B Sales to take full strategic and commercial ownership of our global B2B business and play a key role in shaping the next phase of LAYERED’s expansion.

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Scope: 100%

Reports to: CEO

About the Role:
As Head of B2B Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term expansion across all B2B sales channels, including wholesale partners, marketplaces, trade clients, architects, and interior designers. You are a member of the management team and work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure the B2B strategy aligns with LAYERED’s overall commercial objectives and premium brand positioning. You will lead and develop the B2B team while ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.

Your main responsibilities:

B2B Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global B2B sales strategy across wholesale, marketplaces, and trade partners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and international expansion opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth, retention, and brand presence.
  • Ensure pricing structures, trade terms, and product assortments support both growth and profitability.
  • Drive category and market development in close collaboration with product and marketing teams.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work closely with the CEO, CMO, and CFO to align B2B sales targets with overall business goals.
  • Partner with marketing to develop lead generation, trade communication, and brand-building initiatives for professional audiences.
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, delivery excellence, and high service levels.

Sales operations & leadership

  • Define, track, and optimize KPIs related to revenue growth, margins, customer acquisition, retention, and account performance.
  • Utilize CRM systems, analytics, and sales tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the B2B sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure consistent sales methodologies and best practices across all B2B channels.


We are looking for someone who:

Proven experience in senior B2B sales roles within premium/luxury interiors, design, or retail.

Strong track record of building and scaling B2B sales channels and managing key accounts internationally.

Confident, inspiring leader with strong commercial acumen.

Analytical and data-driven, with experience in forecasting and performance management.

Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented.

Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and leadership teams.

Showroom Sales Assistant

Location: Fagerborg, Oslo

Scope: Part-time, extra hours, Wednesday–Saturday

Are you looking to combine your passion for design with a developing role in sales? Layered is now seeking an engaged and service-minded individual to join our team part-time — perfect for students!

About the Role

This role is based in our showroom, where you will represent LAYERED and provide customers with a first-class experience. You will play an important part in ensuring a high level of service for our Norwegian customers.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Providing professional guidance on our products with a focus on design, materials, and function in our showroom
  • Handling order administration and follow-up on special orders
  • Compiling basic sales figures and reports


We are looking for someone who:

Is currently studying and wants to work flexible hours during the week and on Saturdays

Is service-oriented, proactive, and structured

Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English

Has a strong interest in design, preferably with some product knowledge.

Is flexible and able to step in for extra shifts when needed (e.g., during sick leave, holidays, or peak seasons)
