Free shipping on orders over:
200 SEK/25 EUR/300 NOK/200 DKK/30 USD/20 GBP
This applies to rugs, blankets and product samples. Additional fees apply for furniture, as outlined below.
Standard Terms:
For orders shipped to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, delivery is made DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning VAT and customs charges are included in the price. Additional expedition fees may apply for extra services.
Please note, for deliveries in the United States: When importing goods into the U.S., U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) may require the recipient to complete CBP Form 5106. This form registers the recipient as an "importer" with CBP and is sometimes necessary for international shipments—especially if the recipient has not previously imported goods into the U.S.
Rug Delivery Details:
We offer free shipping on rugs in standard sizes. For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. At checkout, you will see a detailed estimated delivery date for your order. Please note that this date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances during processing or transit.
All deliveries are made to the gate or property boundary and occur between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday through Friday. You will receive an SMS notification prior to delivery. If you are unable to accept the delivery at the scheduled time, additional fees will apply for rescheduling, or a return fee will be charged if you cancel your order.
Additional services:
At the moment, additional services, such as assistance with carrying, are only available at checkout for deliveries within Sweden.
How to understand the delivery times for rugs:
All our collections are handcrafted by skilled artisans in India and Greece. To minimize our carbon footprint, all shipments to our warehouse are conducted via sea freight. The delivery times reflect the current production stage of your specific rug. Some sizes are in stock for immediate delivery, while others are handcrafted to order.
7-10 Business Days: In stock at our warehouse and ships immediately.
3–6 weeks: En route to our warehouse and arriving soon.
10+ weeks: The rug is currently being handcrafted by our weavers in Greece or India and will soon be ready for shipment by sea.
Note: If you purchase multiple rugs with different delivery times, the order will not be split. The shipment will follow the longest delivery time and be delivered as one combined order. If you would like to split your order into two shipments, we recommend placing two separate orders

Furniture Delivery Details:
All our furniture is delivered curb-side or to the property line (carry-in not included), with shipping fees starting from 43 EUR. The exact fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
As most furniture is delivered fully assembled, it is crucial that you measure door frames and stairwells carefully. LAYERED reserves the right to charge for any additional costs if delivery is not possible due to access issues.
Deliveries take place on weekdays (excluding public holidays) between 09:00 and 17:00, with SMS notification prior to arrival. If you are unable to receive the delivery at the agreed time, you will be charged for a redelivery fee.

Understanding Furniture Lead Times:
All our furniture is made to order specifically for you. This means we do not stock these items, resulting in slightly longer delivery times.
Production typically begins within three days of placing the order, and the item is ready for delivery within 4–6 weeks. Please note that the order becomes binding once production has started and cannot be cancelled thereafter.
Note:

Transport responsibility:
LAYERED is responsible for any damaged or lost goods during transport to you, the customer. You, the customer, are responsible for the goods during any return. You are responsible for ensuring the rug is properly packaged and returned in good condition. If you need new packaging for the return, please contact us at info@layeredinterior.com.
Important Information:
We cannot cancel an order after it has left our warehouse.
Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to payment authorization and/or stock availability.
Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
In the event of a refused or failed delivery due to incorrect or inaccurate information provided, we will deduct shipping costs and any additional fees, such as import taxes and duties, from your refund.
We cannot offer price adjustments or price matching for items purchased at full price that later go on sale.
During and immediately after sale periods, delays in order processing may occur due to a high volume of orders.
Please note that an order cannot be changed once it has been placed.
LAYERED is responsible for any damaged or lost goods during transport to the customer. The buyer is likewise responsible for the goods during the return process due to the right of withdrawal.

Common questions:
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also use the tracking number to follow your order on the carrier's website for more detailed tracking. If you can’t receive the delivery as agreed or need to reschedule, please contact the carrier immediately, as failed delivery attempts will lead to additional charges.
What do I do if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support immediately at info@layeredinterior.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Generally, you cannot change your address after the order has been processed. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will not be able to make any changes to the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@layeredinterior.com.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
At the moment, we do not offer in-store pickup for online orders. All orders are shipped directly to the customer’s specified delivery address.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose an exact delivery time, but you will receive an estimated time window from the carrier.
Does the service include carrying help?
No, carrying help is not included but can be added as an extra service for Sweden and Norway.
